The reference book- Some lesson ideas by Laura Candler.

Free drawing lessons- Step by step tips on producing works of art. Teach yourself to teach others.

ABC teach- Free online printable pages and worksheets. Though an American site, the vast majority of resources can be adapted to be used here in Australia.

School express- Also good for free worksheets, but also to generate own worksheets (in particular this is good in maths, where it can sometimes be difficult in word to create your own maths sheets.

Music theory online- Tips and ideas for teaching music if you are lucky enough to have to.

Classroom Online Resources

Apples4theteacher- Educational games and activities available online without the need to download them.

Rainforest Maths- Online maths games and activities.

Kerpoof- Turns children into artists allowing them to make pictures, movies, drawings and greeting cards.

Math Playground- Online flash maths games and activities.

How stuff works- Learn about how anything and everything works.

Keyboard game- Helps children practice their typing skills.

Geography online games- Learn about the world through these fun games.

Multiple Intelligences

Moving the multiple intelligences concept to the classroom- A useful site for teachers in understanding multiple intelligences.
